Sapphire Modular - 28603A

The Sapphire Modular / 28603A built by Cavco Dorchester is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section home with 1,600 square feet on a 60-foot frame. It’s the larger of the two Sapphire Modular floor plans, ahead of the 28523A’s 1,387 square feet on an 8-foot-longer frame, while both share the same 26-foot width. The extra length translates into a larger shared living and kitchen area within the same 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout. It’s the upgrade pick in the two-model Sapphire Modular line.
