At Davis Homes, we’ve been building and setting up manufactured and modular homes across the region for more than 50 years. As a family-owned, full-service contractor, we pride ourselves on combining decades of hands-on expertise with an honest, transparent approach to homebuying.

We know today’s homebuyers almost always start their journey online and their first question is often, “How much does it cost?” For years, we were hesitant to publish pricing. Unlike buying a car, building a home comes with many variables: Where is the home going? What site work is needed? Are there custom options or floor plan changes? These factors can significantly impact the final cost.

Still, we’ve decided to share baseline pricing to better serve our customers online. Our goal is to provide a clearer, more upfront experience and help you begin budgeting and comparing options with realistic expectations.
