Sapphire Modular - 28523A

The Sapphire Modular / 28523A built by Cavco Dorchester is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section home with 1,387 square feet on a 52-foot frame. It’s the smaller of the two Sapphire Modular floor plans, coming in below the 28603A’s 1,600 square feet on an 8-foot-shorter frame, while both share the same 26-foot width. The kitchen and living area sit at the center of the home, with the primary suite kept apart from the two secondary bedrooms. It’s the entry point into the two-model Sapphire Modular line.
